TERMS & CONDITIONS

Making reservations for this TOUR signifies your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions. Each Guest is required to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions prior to making any payments. 

PAYMENTS

  • All payments to Micai Enterprise d/b/a Stamp N Go Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Micai Enterprise d/b/a Stamp N Go Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

We strongly recommend Travel Protection aka Trip Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. Contact us for referrals.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • Late payment will incur a fee of $50 per person. This fee will only be waived by an approval from management. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
  • All late payment request must be made in writing and emailed to stampngotravel@gmail.com

ACCOMODATIONS

  • All rooms requested are standard king or queen/double bedrooms. Please note although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management on a run-of-house basis. Please note bedding and room sizes vary by country.
  • The US room standards are not necessarily the standards of other countries. Check in at most hotels is usually 3:00PM OR 4:00PM and check out is usually by 10:00AM OR 11:00AM. WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF CHECK IN AND OUT TIME PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of that accommodation.

TRANSPORTATION

  • Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach. If your arrival or departure time is different than stated in the itinerary, you will be responsible for your transfer to and from the hotel. You are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled flights.  In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration, and customs, or reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements, such as a taxi. Transfer costs are non-refundable, and any additional expenses will be your responsibility.

EXCURSIONS

  • Most excursions will be operated by motor vehicles, the size is dictated by the number of participants. The times listed in the itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. You are responsible for arriving on time for all tours. Arriving late will be considered a “no-show,” in which case you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused service(s).
  • There may be times, during holidays and/or due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, there may be last-minute changes, affecting the sequence of the tour, locations visited, and/or hotels. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with others of a similar category. In such cases, there will be no cost adjustment. National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument’s view. No tour will be canceled due to renovations; however, Micai Enterprise LLC, d/b/a Stamp N Go Travel will decide, based on the conditions, whether to amend an itinerary. Micai Enterprise LLC d/b/a Stamp N Go Travel itineraries may contain suggestions for activities for your leisure time.

GUEST CONDUCT

  • Micai Enterprise d/b/a Stamp N Go Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the Guest. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be at the Guest expense.

MEALS

  • As specified in each itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel’s or restaurant’s buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included unless specifically stated. IF YOU HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION, PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING TO ENSURE WE CAN CATER TO YOUR NEEDS. Email us at stampngotravel@gmail.com.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

  • All Guests should consult their physician regarding their fitness for travel. Stamp N Go Travel encourages all Guests to seek their physician’s advice regarding necessary or advisable vaccinations, medical precautions, or other medical concerns regarding the entirety of the Guest’s travel with Stamp N Go Travel.
  • Guests must notify Stamp N Go Travel in writing prior to the due date of their final payment for their booking of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may impact the Guest’s fitness to travel, and/or any continuing medical condition.
  • Full disclosure of such information is a requirement of traveling in any capacity with Stamp N Go Travel. Some tours may not be suitable for all persons due to restrictions posed by limitations in mobility, physical or cognitive disability, pregnancy or various other physical or mental conditions. It is the Guest’s responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each tour in regard to their limitations, physical and mental fitness and condition, and any medical requirements. Stamp N Go Travel may refuse to carry pregnant women over 24 weeks or Guests with certain conditions if suitable accommodation or services cannot be arranged. Our tours may involve visiting remote or less developed regions, where medical facilities may not meet the standards of those found in the Guest home country.
  • The condition of medical facilities in the countries in which Stamp N Go Travel operates varies and Stamp N Go Travel makes no representations and gives no warranties in relation to the standard of such facilities or medical treatment in those regions. Stamp N Go Travel will endeavor to accommodate the special requests of Guests, such as dietary and accommodation requests, but such requests do not form part of these Terms or the contract between Guest and Stamp N Go Travel. Stamp N Go Travel is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfill such requests.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITES

  • We pride ourselves on cultural immersion therefore our tours require each Guest to be able to walk for lengthy periods, possibly stand for a while and or ride an animal. If you have any limitations, we reserve the right to decline your participation in the tour without a refund.

CANCELLATION

BY THE CLIENT

  • Any cancellation of a booking by a Guest must be delivered to Stamp N Go Travel in writing and be acknowledged by Stamp N Go Travel in writing. It is required that all Stamp N Go Travel Guests purchase trip cancellation coverage. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your Stamp N Go Travel trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or because of Stamp N Go Travel actions.
  • All payments made towards any Stamp N Go Travel tour is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

Stamp N Go Travel is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Guest may have incurred as a result of the canceled booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking, or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

TOUR CANCELATION BY STAMP N GO THAT HAS NOT BEEN RESCHEDULED

Stamp N Go Travel will not cancel a booking on any tour once confirmed, in accordance with these Terms, except for reasons of ‘Force Majeure’, which shall be defined as unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Stamp N Go Travel. When a tour is cancelled by Stamp N Go Travel and not rescheduled for reasons not arising from the fault or negligence of or within the reasonable control of the Guest, the Guest shall have the choice of:

(i) accepting from Stamp N Go Travel a substitute tour of equivalent or superior value, where such a substitute is reasonably available.

(ii) accepting from Stamp N Go Travel a substitute tour of lower value if no tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available, and to recover from Stamp N Go Travel the difference in price between the price of the tour originally purchased and that of the substitute tour; or

(iii) accept from Stamp N Go Travel a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled tour that has not been rescheduled. This refund does not apply to tours that have been rescheduled to a later date.

  • Stamp N Go Travel is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Guest may have incurred as a result of the cancelled booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
  • Stamp N Go Travel reserves the right to or not to issue a full refund in lieu of the choices above, in its sole discretion. Where, after departure, a significant element of the Product(s) as described cannot be provided, Stamp N Go Travel will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the trip Product(s). If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or the Guest reasonably rejects any suitable alternatives, Stamp N Go Travel will decide at its sole discretion what form of compensation to provide the client.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • Stamp N Go Travel shall not be liable in any way to the Guest for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for Stamp N Go Travel’ failure to commence, perform and/or complete any duty owed to the Guest if such death, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage or other loss or detriment to person or property is caused by an Act of God, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, howsoever and wheresoever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Stamp N Go Travel, in the event of Stamp N Go Travel’ bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of business; or an event which Stamp N Go Travel or the supplier of services, even with all due care, could not foresee.

Photography and Videography

  • Stamp N Go Travel and any parties that they transfer rights to, has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of Guest in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity or otherwise, without compensation to Guest, and all rights, title and interest therein (including all worldwide copyrights therein) shall be Micai Enterprises, LLC and Stamp N Go Travel sole property, free from any claims by Guest or any person deriving any rights or interest from Guest.

Responsibility Clause

Stamp N Go Travel acts only as agent for the various carriers for which tickets are provided and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the service for any vessel, carriage, motor vehicle or other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to travelers; neither will they be responsible for the vehicle, or through neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the traveler. Stamp N Go Travel shall not be held responsible for any breach of contract.

Legal Proceedings

Except where prohibited, you (the traveler) agree that:

  • Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the event shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida.
  • Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with the travel event, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
  • You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
