Arrival at Haneda Airport.

After entry procedures, an English-speaking assistant will meet the group in the arrival lobby and escort you to your private chartered bus transfer to the hotel.

Check in and relax after your international journey.

Day 2 – March 20, 2026

Tokyo Leisure Day

Enjoy the day exploring Tokyo at your own pace.

In the evening enjoy a Welcome Dinner Buffet at the hotel with your group and trip host.

Day 3 – March 21, 2026

Tokyo Full Day Guided Tour

9:00 AM – Meet your professional English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby.

Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour by chartered bus visiting:

• Imperial Palace area
• Tsukiji Outer Market
• Asakusa District
• Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Street
• Hamarikyu Gardens

Lunch will be provided during the tour and includes a special birthday celebration with cake for the guest celebrating during the trip.

Tour ends: approximately 5:00 PM at the hotel.

Day 4 – March 22, 2026

Tokyo Free Day

Enjoy the day exploring Tokyo at leisure.

Day 5 – March 23, 2026

Mt. Fuji Excursion & Bullet Train to Kyoto

Important Travel Note

Your luggage will be forwarded to your Kyoto hotel. Please bring an overnight bag with personal essentials for the journey.

8:00 AM – Meet your guide in the hotel lobby.

Half-day Mt. Fuji sightseeing tour by chartered bus.

Stops include:

• Niikurayama Sengen Park with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji
• Oshino Hakkai Village

After the tour you will be dropped off at Mishima Station.

Your guide will escort you to board the Shinkansen Bullet Train (Green Class Reserved Seats) traveling to Kyoto.

Upon arrival in Kyoto, you will transfer to the hotel by chartered bus.

Day 6 – March 24, 2026

Kyoto Cultural Experiences

9:00 AM – Meet your guide in the hotel lobby.

• Private Tea Ceremony while wearing a traditional kimono
• Arashiyama Bamboo Forest
• Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion)

After the tea ceremony experience, guests will change out of their kimono and return the garments before continuing the tour.

Kyoto & Nara Cultural Tour

Travel by chartered bus to Osaka.

After hotel check-in enjoy a short rest before the evening experience.

Dinner includes a unique Sumo Performance with Dinner.

Osaka Free Day & Farewell Dinner
